OUR MR BIGG'S BUSINESS

Mr. Bigg’s is the largest retail food business in West Africa with over 131 restaurants in about 40 cities in Nigeria and Ghana.

Mr Bigg's Quick Service Restaurant business is a Division of UACN Plc founded in August 1986.

UAC of Nigeria Plc. has been in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business for over 30 years. The QSR business evolved from the coffee shops of the Kingsway Department stores which were run by UAC in the early 1960s.

Kingsway Rendezvous was introduced as a replacement to those coffee shops in 1973. The brand was later transformed into the popular Mr. Bigg's brand.

Mr. Bigg's Quick Service Restaurant concept emerged in August 1986 as a result of intensive consumer research aimed at identifying what the Nigerian consumer would like to experience on a visit to an ideal QSR.

Over the years, the concept has been taken to major cities in Nigeria. It is planned that more restaurants will be opened.

In Mr. Bigg’s, our focus remains on creating unforgettable eating experience for families, children and young adults. Our core values are enmeshed in offering convenient, quality snacks, meals, ice cream and drinks served promptly, by friendly, courteous and enthusiastic personnel in a clean, hygienic and refreshing environment.
