Sequel to the commissioning of VMP 1 August 2010, the second phase of the Victoria Mall Plaza was commissioned on Thursday 24th November 2011.

The landmark block of offices which was delivered on time and within budget was commissioned by the Honourable Commissioner, Lagos State Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ms. Olushola Oworu.

According to the Managing Director UPDC Plc, Hakeem Ogunniran, the contemporary 15 floors of office blocks was developed in line with the mission of UPDC Plc which is “to experience the thrill of creating comfortable living and working environment for our customers”.

Situated at Aboyade Cole Street, the block of flats has been let out to KPMG.
