UPDC was established in 1997 and listed on The NGX in 1998. Development track record comprised of a diverse asset mix including retail, commercial, residential and hospitality. 

UPDC operates through three divisions:
1. Property Development: asset development for sale through direct investments and joint ventures. 
2. Facilities Management: provision of building and operation maintenance for commercial and residential properties across several states in Nigeria
3. Hospitality: 95% stake in UPDC Hotels Limited which owns a 471 room hotel with 9 conference rooms and a banquet hall
